Returns - Withdrawal - Cancellation of Order
Right of unjustified withdrawal
According to the provisions of Article 4 par. 10 of Law No. 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A'/ 16 November 1994) in conjunction with the Joint Ministerial Decision (K.Y.A.Z1-891 / 30.8.2013), the consumer has the right to withdraw without justification from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this context, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, you may return the products purchased only if:
They are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, in their original condition, in perfect condition, in their factory packaging, unused, unopened and without damage to the products or their packaging
Accompanied by all the necessary documents proving your transaction (Invoice / Proof of Purchase)
The costs for the return of the products by post, courier or transport company in the area of our company are not covered by the company and are entirely borne by the sender / customer and the delivery of the products must be made at the headquarters of our company, Prespes 10, Florina.
* Please note that the responsibility of loss, damage or destruction of the product during shipment for the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer until the receipt of the product by our company.
Product Return Procedure
If you received via Courier or a transport agency:
Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipment.
Put on the packaging that you have drawn up a document in which you indicate how you want to resolve the financial shortfall, if the product is deemed suitable to be returned and the proof of purchase (Retail Receipt / Invoice)
Send the parcel, via Courier or the transport agency from which you received your order, to our company's headquarters, at the address: 10 Prespes, Florina, Tel. +30 238523194. Please note that the return costs are borne by the customer.
** We would like to point out that if the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
If you picked up in our store:
In this case, you deliver the product for return to the responsible store employee, accompanied by the purchase document (Retail Receipt / Invoice) in order to check whether the conditions for returning the product are met, as described above.
The order can be cancelled at all stages of order processing, if the products have not been shipped and are still in our store. If you have received the message (Email) Completion-Shipment of your order, it means that your order is no longer in our hands, but has been delivered to the transport company to deliver it to you, according to the order you placed in our store.
