In this context, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, you have the opportunity to return the purchased products only if:

They are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, in their original condition, in perfect condition, within their factory packaging, unused, unopened, and without damage to their products or packaging
Accompanied by all the necessary documents proving your transaction (Invoice / Purchase Receipt)

The costs for the return of products by post, courier or transport company in the area of ​​our company are not covered by the company and are borne entirely by the sender / customer and the delivery of the products must be done at the headquarters of our company, 10 Prespon, Florina.

Product Return Procedure

If you received via Courier or Via Transport Agency:

Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
